Your order will be shipped out within 3-5 days. Then a notification and tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. Please bare with me and the postal service! Currently only shipping within the UK.

Pick up

Pick up is available from the studio based in South London, a few minutes walk from Lambeth North Station. Once your order is ready an email will be sent to arrange a date and time to collect from the studio.

Returns

Changed your mind? No worries, I will try to refund you fully as long as the items are unused and in the condition received within 28 days of your purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping with tracking number as well as packing it safely for travel - Please use packaging that it came and wrap well. Once the item/s received a full refund can be issued to you.

Broken upon arrival? Please get in contact immediately and provide photo evidence of the broken shipment as you found it in the box. A refund or replacement may be available.

Care

Microwave and dishwasher safe, although handwash is recommended for all pieces, as this will ensure longer wear for you to enjoy for many years.

Slight variation in size, shape and glaze application should be expected and celebrated.

Please be aware matt glazes can stain more easily than glossy glazes.

Where is it made and how?

All items are handmade in small batches usually on the potters wheel and in South London. I predominantly use sanded buff and white stoneware clay. All items go through a minimum of two firings and reach approximately 1260 degrees celsius. Making the wares durable and great for everyday use.
